- Recovery efforts finished Monday night after the Toledo Fire & Rescue Dept. used sonar technology alongside the Special Operations Bureau and will have to review the data collected. Crews initially responded to the Anthony Wayne Bridge on Thursday, March 9 after receiving a suicide call around 3:50 PM. (WTOL)
- A 15-year-old was arrested by Toledo Police after reportedly brandishing a firearm at Miracle Lanes bowling alley on Jackman Road around 8:30 PM Saturday. Two officers were injured while apprehending the suspect, who allegedly resisted arrest after the bowling alley manager pointed them out. (WTOL)
- The Monster Energy Company has sued a Toledo restaurant for copyright infringement on March 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. "The Monster Shawarma" on Central Avenue has been accused of using a sign "confusingly similar" to that of the energy drink brand that's existed since 2002. (WTVG)
- Toledo Early College will host an open house on March 15 at its location on 2800 W. Bancroft. Toledo Early College is an opportunity through Toledo Public Schools for students to finish high school with college credits. (WTVG)
- After a study from the Ohio Fire Chiefs' Association, departments in Lake Township, Northwood and Rossford are considering merging their services. The proposal would see each jurisdiction maintaining "their current equipment and locations while sharing employees, equipment and stations." (WNWO NBC 24)
