🌱 Toledo Zoo Antivenom Footage Released + Acoustics For Autism Maumee

  • Tyler Williams, 20, pleaded guilty Thursday to the shooting death of an 11-year-old victim at the corner of Austin and Elm in August.

  1. Tyler Williams, 20, pleaded guilty Thursday to the shooting death of an 11-year-old victim at the corner of Austin and Elm in August. Williams pleaded to felonious assault reduced from murder while committing a felony and will be sentenced March 9. (WTVG)
  2. Maumee's Acoustics for Autism music festival will take place Sunday, March 5 from noon to 1 AM. With more than 80 acts expected to perform, the festival is one of the largest in the country. (WNWO NBC 24)
  3. Body cam footage was released after the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Allen County Sheriffs and Indiana State Police assisted in a relay of antivenom from the Toledo Zoo to Indiana University Health. The event occurred in October and was caused by someone suffering a snakebite. (WTVG)
  4. This weekend the Glass City Center will host the 55th annual PRO Home & Garden Show. Featuring "more than 100 of the local area's greatest contractors, remodelers and landscapers," the show runs 3-8 on Friday and 10-5 on Saturday. (WNWO)
  5. With Lent underway, there are several places in the Toledo-area offering the traditional Friday fish fry. Check out the VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) Hall in Northwood beginning at 5 PM and stay for the party with karaoke at 7:30-11 PM. (WTOL)
