  1. Toledo Police are searching for Christopher Knee, who is accused of burning down his own mother's home on Radford in January. Knee is facing charges of arson, insurance fraud and receiving stolen property and neighbors reported seeing a U-Haul truck parked outside the day of the fire. (WTVG)
  2. Whitmer High School was placed on lockdown Wednesday after Toledo Police traced an emergency call where screaming could be heard in the background back to the school. TPD arrested a 16-year-old student who made the call with a classmate's cell phone before hanging up. (WTOL)
  3. Several cars at the Dave White Chevrolet dealership on Alexis Road in Sylvania were damaged Friday morning after a man crashed into a light pole near the property around 2:30 AM. The man was transported to the hospital after witnesses called 911. (WTOL)
  4. The Toledo Zoo is offering a live stream of its two twin polar bear cubs and their pool. The stream can be viewed from 10-4 daily as the cubs improve upon their motor skills. (WTVG)
  5. The Phoenix Earth Food Co-op is one of the few remaining independent grocers in Toledo, offering organic and natural food for more than 30 years. Members can join the co-op to enjoy voting rights relating to the direction of the store at 1447 W. Sylvania Ave. (Toledo City Paper)

  • A man is hospitalized after he and a dog escaped a house fire on Spencer Street in South Toledo around 6 AM Friday. Toledo Fire & Rescue responded to the scene and the cause of the fire is under investigation. (WTOL)
  • Downtown Maumee is prepping for the 16th annual Acoustics for Autism music festival, which will feature over 80 groups performing from noon - 1 AM Sunday, March 5. (WNWO NBC 24)
  • The Junior League of Toledo has distributed the 100,000th diaper for the As We Grow Diaper Bank. (WNWO NBC 24)
