Jessica Katrine Santiago Gander raises her hand as she takes the Naturalization Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America during Friday’s ceremony in the Law Center McQuade Auditorium. The naturalization ceremony is in honor of Constitution Day, annually observed nationwide to commemorate the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17, 1787.
