Nothing reminds us of a Saturday in the Glass Bowl quite like the opening lines of our Fight Song. The UToledo tradition was written in 1932 by David Connelly, athletic director and baseball coach through the 1940s, and modified to its current form in 1975 by David Jex, associate professor of music.
