University Of Toledo: President's Tailgate Kicks Off Sept. 18 Game Against Colorado State

Fall is nearly here and so is the President’s Tailgate.

Scheduled from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, prior to UToledo-Colorado State football game, the annual event provides students with the opportunity to meet President Gregory Postel, enjoy free food and join in the fun with games, activities and prizes.

“This is a tremendous tradition and opportunity to connect with our esteemed president and celebrate the return to the gridiron,” said Ben Weiner, associate director for student involvement and engagement. “We hope you’ll come join Dr. Postel and our community and show off your Rocket Pride!”

The President’s Tailgate is part of a full slate of activities and events for new and returning students throughout the semester.
