University Of Toledo: UToledo Announces Spring Enrollment Numbers

The University of Toledo reports 15,569 students enrolled for spring semester 2022.

The 15-day census count includes 11,805 undergraduate students and 3,764 graduate students. The University had 16,624 students enrolled in spring semester 2021.

The University’s commitment to student success is reflected in an increased fall-to-spring retention rate for first-time, full-time freshmen increasing to 88.9% from 86.7% the previous year.

In addition to the positive retention rate, UToledo saw an increase this spring in international students, both undergraduate and graduate, and growth in graduate students enrolled in several colleges, including College of Law, Neff College of Business and Innovation and College of Engineering.

Among the University’s active key initiatives is a team dedicated to developing and implementing a strategic enrollment management plan. The team is reviewing all aspects of enrollment management, including our academic landscape and program offerings, promotion of our University, our value and price equation, how our physical and virtual place presents opportunity and the process of enrollment from recruitment, to student success, to advising and through to graduation.
