Westlake Best In Bloom Winners Announced

WESTLAKE, OH — This year's Westlake In Bloom winners were announced, with residents receiving recognition for their gardening skills in a variety of categories.

The annual award competition doles out first, second and third place prizes to businesses, nonprofits, places of worship, residents and other groups within the city that beautify their properties.

This year's Best in Bloom winners are Lou and Jean Povinelli.
