Here are the top three stories in Oklahoma City today:
- An Oklahoma City juvenile is in the hospital today after a gun was discharged in their home yesterday. According to police, although the juvenile first claimed that two individuals fled the scene, it has been confirmed that the story was fabricated. The juvenile was playing with the gun when it accidentally fired. (News On 6)
- A federal mask mandate for airplanes and other forms of transit was struck down Monday. Will Rodgers World Airport has announced they will no longer require masks inside the airport. Travelers are still encouraged to know the policies of their respective airlines and destinations before traveling. (KOCO Oklahoma City)
- Oklahoma City officials, survivors, and family members came together yesterday to remember the Oklahoma City bombing. The event took place 27 years ago yesterday and claimed the lives of 168 people. Family members of victims read the names of the 168 victims. Watch a video of the event at the link. (Oklahoman)
