  1. A fire that broke out at the Cobblestone Apartments early Thursday morning has been ruled arson. Officials are still investigating the cause of the fire but say one suspect, Shawn Carnahan, has been taken into custody. 22 people were displaced as a result of the fire, and the Red Cross is offering assistance to help those who were forced out of their homes. (News On 6)
  2. Restore Hope Ministries announced that they will be suspending applications to the City of Tulsa's Emergency Rental Assistance Program beginning on Sunday. New applications to the program are being paused to ensure that all existing applicants receive the assistance they need. The program has provided assistance to more than 7,400 Tulsa County households since the beginning of the pandemic. (News On 6)
  3. An east Tulsa woman was rescued from an armed robber by her dog on Thursday morning. The woman says the dog attempted to bite the intruder repeatedly until he fled the home. Anyone with information about the incident near North Hudson Avenue and East Independence Street is asked to contact the Tulsa Police Department. (KOKI FOX 23)
