He and a growing network of local donors provide hot meals, blankets, and winter gear, using social media to rally support and keep efforts transparent. His goal is to humanize Tulsans on the streets and offer a small but vital lifeline in cold weather.
   

2. Police arrest 2 allegedly involved in string of crimes across Glenpool, Jenks (ktul.com) — Two people are jailed in Tulsa County after Glenpool police say a string of thefts and a vehicle pursuit that stretched between Glenpool and Jenks led to their arrests. One suspect also faced a large outstanding Tulsa County warrant, and multiple agencies, including Jenks police and U.S. Marshals, helped track them down after a reported Walmart larceny and multi-vehicle crash.
   

3. Mental health experts warn holiday stress can strain families and emotional well-being (fox23.com) — Mental health leaders in Tulsa are warning that holiday pressures around money, family conflict, and expectations can quietly overwhelm people this time of year. They urge residents to watch for withdrawal or out-of-character behavior in loved ones, respond without judgment, and even offer to attend appointments together so those struggling feel less alone seeking help.
   

4. Local mom starts organization to create safe spaces for children with autism (fox23.com) — In Tulsa, local mom Angel Horn is building Piece by Peace Child Development Research Services to give families of children with autism safe spaces, resources, and community. Her group recently hosted an inclusive Autism Christmas Celebration in Tulsa and plans ongoing support circles and more events so parents don’t feel alone after a diagnosis.
   

5. Oklahoma law enforcement surprised 7-year-old with Christmas presents after parents' deaths (news9.com) — Tulsa County Sheriff’s deputies made Christmas brighter for a seven-year-old boy now living with his grandparents in Tulsa County after losing both parents this year. They brought him a bike, toys, clothes, and shoes, hoping to replace some painful memories with joy. The sheriff said the visit helped the child see deputies in a kinder, more hopeful light.
