Here are the top 3 stories today in Tulsa:

  1. Police say a BB gun was discovered on a school bus carrying Tulsa Honors Academy students on Thursday. The bus was reportedly driving past Peary Elementary School when a student on board alerted the bus driver to the presence of the weapon, prompting the driver to call police. Officers say no one was hurt but have not yet determined whether the BB gun was brought onto the bus by a student or left behind by someone else. (News On 6)
  2. Tulsa officials say EMSA responded to a total of 27 accidents between midnight and 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning. The accidents were caused by the influx of winter weather, which prompted City of Tulsa crews to continue clearing and treating roadways through 12-hour shifts on Friday. Spokesperson Tim McCorkill says the short layer of snow may have given some people a false sense of security and urged drivers to continue exercising caution. (News On 6)
  3. A series featuring Sylvester Stallone is looking for extras from the Tulsa area. Men and women of all ages and ethnicities are needed for a variety of roles in the "Tulsa King" series, which will air on Paramount Plus. Filming will take place from Mar. 29-31 in Tulsa. (KTUL)
