Here are the top three stories in Tulsa today:
- College Park, a collaboration between Oklahoma State University-Tulsa and Tulsa Community College that kicked off last fall, will add psychology as its second academic program in fall 2022. Introduced in 2021 to better meet the need for an affordable, public, four-year higher education option in Tulsa, College Park allows students to complete an associate degree from TCC, followed by a bachelor’s from OSU-Tulsa. Courses are located on the OSU-Tulsa campus at 700 N. Greenwood Ave. (Tulsa World)
- Tulsa fire investigators are working to determine what caused a large fire at a south Tulsa apartment complex on Saturday morning. Firefighters responded to the Harper’s Lodge Apartments near 51st and Yale; the fire was primarily contained to the attic area of the building. Twenty-four units sustained damage from the fire and firefighting operations. (KOKI FOX 23 TULSA)
- A Tulsa police official said that a missing 19-year-old has been found safe. Kyle Renn was found Sunday morning by Bixby police near East 131st Street South and South Memorial Drive. Renn was then returned home. (News On 6)
