- Police are investigating following a robbery at IBC Bank on Easy Skelly Drive on Thursday. Witnesses say the suspect handed tellers at the bank a note demanding money shortly before noon, then fled and jumped a fence into a nearby neighborhood. The suspect was believed to be wearing a light-colored ball cap, jacket, and khaki pants. (News On 6)
- A man was arrested overnight Wednesday after he was spotted walking toward Tulsa International Airport with two hunting-style rifles. According to the Tulsa Police Department, the man did put down the weapons when confronted by officers but proceeded to resist their commands. The suspect was eventually taken into custody on multiple charges, including carrying a firearm while intoxicated. (2 News Oklahoma KJRH Tulsa)
- Dozens of residents were displaced after a fire broke out at the Pioneer Plaza apartment building on Wednesday. Officials with the Tulsa Fire Department say the blaze began on the upper floors of the 11-story building and was quickly contained, but not before several units were damaged by smoke and water. At least one person at the scene was also transported to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation. (News On 6)
