  1. A security officer shot a man to death after police say the officer confronted the man about stealing beer from a QuickTrip near Pine and Peoria. Police say the man was trying to steal beer and pulled a gun on the officer. Dewayne James walked into the QuickTrip at about 10 p.m. Thursday and tried to steal a couple of cases of beer. (News On 6)
  2. A Tulsa man was arrested after police say he robbed multiple Dollar Generals and CVS stores with a crowbar. According to authorities, David Woodruff Abernathy has been connected to multiple robberies that span between Jan. 22 and Feb. 23. Officers say he either carried a crowbar or said he had a gun during the robberies. (KTUL)
  3. On Thursday night, temperatures dropped to 11 degrees, creating dangerous conditions. Staff and volunteers at shelters and warming stations throughout Tulsa worked overtime to keep people safe from the cold. John 3:16 Mission in downtown Tulsa provided shelter to 212 people on Thursday, according to spokesperson Rev. John Whitaker. (news9.com KWTV)
