  1. A plane on its way to Dallas made an emergency landing at Tulsa International Airport on Wednesday afternoon. The American Airlines flight carrying 80 passengers reportedly experienced engine trouble when it was forced to touch down early. The plane landed safely in Tulsa and there was no call for evacuations. (KOKI FOX 23 TULSA)
  2. A project to widen a section of Yale Avenue between 81st and 91st Streets is set to begin construction later this month. The stretch of road, known as Signal Hill, will be closed for the duration of the project, which will expand the stretch to six lanes in order to alleviate congestion. Construction begins on Mar. 28 and is expected to last 120 days. (KRMG)
  3. A bar in the Kendall Whittier district is partnering with Animal Aid of Tulsa to host an adoption event and fundraiser this weekend. The fundraiser will be held at Bar 473 and will feature a $500 cash raffle. The Luck And Libations event starts at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 19, and the winner of the cash raffle will be announced at 6:00 p.m. that day. (KOKI FOX 23 TULSA)
