  1. Police have arrested a Tulsa man accused of threatening officers with a knife and then hiding in the Arkansas River. Officials say the incident occurred Sunday after the suspect was located at a QuikTrip following multiple reports that he had been threatening community members with the weapon. The suspect reportedly went in and out of the river twice before police were able to detain him for arrest. (News On 6)
  2. A Tulsa-based investment firm has opened a new space for tech startups in downtown Tulsa. The location near 1st Street and Detroit Avenue will feature 18 private offices, multiple open floor meeting areas, and even a speakeasy. The founders say they hope that "investing in the underinvested" will help spawn more tech ventures and startups in the Tulsa area. (KTUL)
  3. A popular children's storyteller has resumed free storytimes at the Hardesty Regional Library. Paul Sheckarski, known by his audience as Mr. Paul, has been leading dynamic storytelling sessions for children for fifteen years. The storytimes are free and will be held twice a week: on Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m. and on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. (2 News Oklahoma KJRH Tulsa)
