Here are the top three stories in Tulsa today:
- Police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting at a Tulsa apartment complex on Saturday night. Police said that Camron Rosner, 29, died from gunshot wounds at the Parkview Plaza apartments around 9 p.m. Rosner was shot inside his apartment but was taken outside by residents before the police arrived. Homicide detectives are still investigating. (news9.com KWTV)
- A new mixed-use housing development is set to be built in north Tulsa, at the corner of MLK Boulevard and East Reading. The project was originally proposed in 2021. It is called the Black Wall Street Square and will have the same architectural style as 1920 Black Wall Street. (KTUL)
- A street rehabilitation project on East 11th Street between South Sheridan Road and South Memorial Drive is set to begin on Jan. 31. Work will begin on the west end of the project near Sheridan and move toward Memorial as the project progresses. During construction, traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction in the work area, though access to homes and businesses will be maintained. (Press Release Desk)

- Early on Jan. 28, fire crews responded to a house fire near E. Admiral Place and S. Mingo Road. Six people and one dog were in the house when the fire started. No injuries were reported and the American Red Cross of Oklahoma responded to assist the displaced residents. (Facebook)
