  2. The City of Tulsa was one of only two cities nationwide to receive a "Class 1" rating in the National Flood Insurance Program. 3. A family is asking for help locating their 12-year-old son's stolen go-kart. Brendan Wolfe's parents say the kart was strapped to the back of the family trailer at the Arnolds car show last weekend when somebody cut the straps and stole it. Anyone with information about the kart's whereabouts or who recognizes the suspect seen in the dashcam video is asked to call the Tulsa Police Department. (KOKI FOX 23 TULSA)
