Gresham Graffiti Artist Arrested In Portland, Wanted In LA
Portland Police say that Jerry Mijangos is a "prolific graffiti offender" who used the tag "KASR" who is also wanted in Los Angeles.

GRESHAM, OR —When Jerry Mijangos left his home in Gresham on Wednesday, ut's not clear if he figured that he would end the day under arrest. But that's what happened.
Portland Police say that Mijangos is a "prolific graffiti artist" who tags his work with "KASR."
They say that officers arrested him just as he finished tagging a work on a building in southeast Portland.

Officers from the Central Precinct's Neighborhood Team say they've linked Mijangos to graffiti on "numerous ODOT properties and a bank."

He's charged with three counts of criminal mischief and officials say that there may be more. They've been working with several law enforcement agencies in southern California including the Los Angeles County Parole and Probation.
Portland is working with them to come up with an extraditable warrant for him for crimes that they say he committed down there.
