Lake Oswego is One of the Best Places to Work Says Oregonian

The City of Lake Oswego is one of the top 100 places to work in Oregon and Southwest Washington, according to a new survey commissioned by the Oregonian. It was the only city government on the list.

It is also the fifth time that Lake Oswego made the list. If the city was a mid-sized company, it would have been 31st out of 40 companies.

The Oregonian develops the list based on an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm.

"This is an honor to be named as a Top Workplace," said Megan Phelan, Lake Oswego's Assistant City Manager and Human Resources Director. "The City of Lake Oswego prides itself the quality of staff and the work they do for the citizens of our community. I want to thank employees for their hard work and dedication to the City of Lake Oswego."
