Lake Oswego Police Seek Information On Package Theft Ring
Lake Oswego Police say that a ring of package thieves has been targeting homes and cars in the area.

LAKE OSWEGO, OR — Lake Oswego Police would like you to keep your eyes open. there's a ring of package thieves targeting the area, often striking during the day.
Police say that the thieves drive around, one gets out and steals a package while the other remains behind the wheel. They then move on to their next target.
Officials say they're not just stealing packages. The thieves have been seen stopping at the edge of a driveway while one person gets out and checks the doors of the cars that are there. If a door opens, the thief will rifle through the car.

Sergeant Tom Harper says that there may be as many five or more suspects in the ring and they use two or three different cars. It's not clear that they're only operating in Lake Oswego.
