Here are the top three stories today in Portland:
- A fentanyl dealer was convicted in three overdoses in Portland. Henry Konah Koffie, known by his dark web moniker NarcoBoss, was found guilty on Tuesday of selling furanylfentanyl powder that led to the death of two men and one near-fatal overdose of a Portland State University student. Koffie faces, at minimum, 20 years in federal prison. (OregonLive)
- Warmer weather is coming to Portland with some brisk wind gusts. This morning will see a quick increase in temperatures and some windy weather. As winds continue to increase across the region into Friday, snow will melt and residents can expect temperatures to warm throughout the rest of the week. (KOIN.com)
- Northeast Portland residents stand opposed to turning the abandoned Kmart into a freight warehouse. Resident Breylan Deal-Eriksen started a petition opposing the warehouse project on Feb. 28 and after one week, had nearly 3,000 signatures. The main concerns about the warehouse's location are pollution and safety. (KGW.com)
