Montco Man Led Scheme To Steal $5.6M In COVID, Unemployment Benefits: Feds
A Montgomery County man has been indicted on federal charges of using over 1,000 stolen or fake identities to file for unemployment benefits and COVID-19 relief funds in more than 30 states. The scheme brought in $5.6 million, authorities said. (Read More)

2 Suspects Nabbed For Vehicle Break-Ins In Abington
Abington Police have arrested two people for vehicle break-ins in the township that were captured on Ring cameras. Abington Police responded at 2:48 a.m. Thursday to the 1800 block of Preston Avenue, following a report of individuals attempting to steal from vehicles. (Read More)
Horsham K9 Recognized For Helping To Solve Murder
Horsham Township Council has recognized K9 Mac and his handler, Detective Kimberly Ngo, for helping to solve a 2024 murder in Norristown. The duo systematically searched a large portion of a Norristown park, locating the stolen cell phone of the victim, township officials said. (Read More)
