ABINGTON, PA — A local family is said to be safe after a fire broke out at their home on Christmas Eve.

Investigators are continuing to look into the cause of the fire that broke out just after 10 a.m. at the home on the 2000 block of Wharton Street in the Jenkintown section of Abington Township, according to a report on 6 ABC Action News.
