Public drunkenness … Anthony Saunders, 56, of East Ninth Street, Chester; and Tonya Illig, 38, of East Ninth Street, Chester, were arrested Oct. 8 at 3 p.m. following a call for two people unconscious in a car. Both were extremely intoxicated and both were transported to Abington Memorial Hospital, police said.
Retail theft … Kelly Robinson, 35, of North 52nd Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Oct. 4 at 4:37 p.m. after a Sears loss prevention officer saw Robinson — a Sears employee — remove $46 worth of socks, hide the socks in the stock room and then return later and retrieve the socks without paying, police said.
Public drunkenness and harassment … Megan Warnick, 32, of Greenwood Avenue, Wyncote, was arrested Sept. 28 at 9:26 p.m. following a call for a disturbance at Noble Train Station in which a train employee said Warnick was intoxicated and refusing to sit in the passenger area of the train, police said. According to police, Warnick, when confronted, was belligerent and started taking pictures of the employee with her iPad.

Disorderly conduct … Thomas Bauer, 24, of Central Avenue, North Hills, was arrested Sept. 28 at 12:23 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Easton Road and Brookdale Avenue in which he was a passenger, police said. According to police, Bauer admitted to owning a marijuana grinder that was found in the vehicle.
Retail theft … Carlos Portez, 20, of Arnold Avenue, Willow Grove, was arrested Sept. 25 at 8:26 p.m. after a Kmart loss prevention officer saw Portez select and conceal $55 worth of store merchandise and leave without attempting to pay, police said.
