Santa Claus Visits Jefferson-Abington Health NICU Patients

ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Some of Jefferson Health’s tiniest and bravest patients had a chance to celebrate their first Christmas with a visit from a very special guest.

Santa Claus stopped by the Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Jefferson Abington Hospital.

Earlier this week, he also made stops at Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital and Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital.

NICU patients had a chance to get holiday photos taken with Old Saint Nick. The festive photoshoot has become an annual tradition and is organized as a way to spread cheer to families spending the holidays in the hospital.
