Abington Police Reports – Summary Arrests

Underage drinking … Molly Buonviso, 19, of McMenamy Street, Philadelphia; Elizabeth Kuhar, 19, of Hoffnagle Street, Philadelphia; and Patrick Obrien, 20, of Ryers Avenue, Philadelphia, were all issued non-traffic citations Nov. 21 at 2:20 a.m. after police saw them in an a vehicle in the corner of Zane and Mayfield avenues, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Rahel Fesseha, 22, of Camp Hill Road, Fort Washington, was arrested Nov. 17 at 11:56 p.m. after police saw a car with its engine running and its lights on in the 1600 block of Summit Avenue, police said. Police saw a small amount of marijuana in plain view and Fesseha admitted ownership.

Harassment … Kevin Toro, 43, of Susquehanna Road, Abington was arrested Nov. 16 at 8:50 a.m. after a complainant reported that as he was driving Toro was following him in his vehicle, police said.

Disorderly conduct ... Connor McCole, 19, of Wissahickon Avenue, Philadelphia, was issued a non-traffic citation Nov. 17 at 11:10 p.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Easton Road and Tyson Avenue after police found a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle, police said. 

Disorderly conduct … Joshua Wyche, 23, of Willow Avenue, Elkins Park, was arrested Nov. 17 at 10:26 p.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Woodland and Arnold avenues after police found drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.

Disorderly conduct … Sylvester Harris, 25, of Vernon Road, Philadelphia, was arrested Nov. 16 at 3:23 p.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Easton Road and Mount Carmel Avenue after police found Harris, a passenger, to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana, police said.

Animals running at large, dog license required … Krista Spillane, 25, of Penn Avenue, Ardsley, was issued several non-traffic citations Nov. 11 at 3:10 p.m. for allowing her dogs to run at large, police said. According to police, her dogs attacked a dog at a neighboring house.

Disorderly conduct … Ernie Smith, 30, of Osbourne Avenue, Roslyn, was arrested Nov. 4 at 11:18 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Bradfield and Susquehanna roads after police found a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle, police said.
