Disorderly Conducts Top Summary Arrests

Disorderly conduct … Ian Coen, 36, of Greenway Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested April 23 at 11:02 a.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Easton Road and Charles Street in which police found a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle, police said. 

Disorderly conduct … Daniel Breuer, 32, of Tressler Drive, Fort Washington; and Seth Segal, 30, of Tennis Avenue, Ardsley, were arrested April 22 at 11:30 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Easton and Bradfield roads in which police found drug paraphernalia in Breuer’s vehicle, police said. According to police, Segal, the passenger, was found to have a small amount of marijuana in his possession.

Disorderly conduct and public drunkenness … Robert O’Brien, 32, of Barry Street, Jenkintown, was arrested April 20 at 1:26 a.m. after O’Brien was at the victim’s home in the 2200 block of Jenkintown Road, intoxicated, aggressive and argumentative, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Michael Strunk, 18, of Maryland Road, Willow Grove, was arrested April 19 at 5:37 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Keswick Avenue and Jenkintown Road after Strunk, a passenger, was found to have a small amount of marijuana in his possession, police said. 

Disorderly conduct … Sierra Gaskin-Rodgers, 21, of North Third Street, Philadelphia; and Sherron Fripps, 18, of Tampa Street, Philadelphia, were each issued non-traffic citations April 18 at 2:19 p.m. after H&M store security saw them conceal $88 worth of store merchandise, police said.
