Edward J. Nolen, Accountant with University of Pennsylvania

Funeral services for Nolen will be held Monday.

 

Edward J. Nolen, of Cape May, N.J., died Wednesday, May 15 at St. Joseph Villa in Flourtown. He was 80.

Born in Abington, he was the son of the late Raymond and Rose (Courtney) Nolen.

Nolen worked as an accountant for over 40 years, employed by the University of Pennsylvania.

He was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Church in Cape May and was a member of the Knights of Columbus Sante Maria Council #263 in Flourtown.

Nolen is survived by his sisters, Rosemary Bradley of Lansdale and Carolyn McCarthy of Media; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Raymond.

Relatives and friends are invited to call after 10 a.m. Monday, May 20 at St. Luke the Evangelist Church, Easton Road and Fairhill Avenue, Glenside. A funeral Mass will be held with the Rev. John McBride at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery in Roslyn.
