AP: What makes your business unique from others in your field?

KCPH: For one, we are an English Soccer Pub, so the "big game" on our screens is soccer.  In keeping with this theme, the restaurant’s menu contains a vast selection of traditional British pub favorites, which includes fish and chips---a house specialty--- bangers, shepherd’s pie and lamb stew. Co-owner Zac Hulayev is responsible for many of the recipes, and has ramped up the selection with innovative dishes such as rabbit stew and venison. In addition to a full bar, King’s Corner offers 12 draft beers and 80 bottled beers from around the world.

AP: What made you decide to open a business?

KCPH: Co-owners Zac Hulayev and Bobby Makris are excited about Jenkintown's future and wanted to continue to support it by opening a second restaurant here. So far, it has had a tremendous start. When they made the decision to open the Drake Tavern here in 2004, they strongly believed this area had the potential to become a destination town. By now, with their second restaurant now thriving,  they know it to be the case.

AP: What’s your most popular item?

KCPH: Fish and Chips are very popular.  Daily Happy Hour specials, slated between 4pm – 6 pm, offer up $5 specials on burgers and sandwiches. These are very popular as well.

AP: What make’s your community special?

KCPH: The pub's philosophy which is "Ye cometh hungry, ye cometh thirsty, ye cometh primed for soccer, ye will have a great time."

AP: Where can customers find your specials?
