A Person Died And Others Were Injured After A Vehicle Struck A Utility Pole In Cheltenham

The car, filled with young people, was said to strike a utility pole during an accident late last week in Cheltenham. One is confirmed dead.

CHELTENHAM, PA — One person has been confirmed dead, and four others are said to be injured following a single-vehicle car wreck in Cheltenham Township this past weekend, according to local media reports.

A vehicle reportedly ran off the road and ended up striking a utility pole around 1:30 a.m. on Greenwood Avenue, an accident that involved five individuals believed to be in their teens or early 20s, according to a report on Channel 6 ABC Action News.
