PSU Baseball Qualifies for Conference Tournament
With a record of 22-21, Penn State Abington's baseball team earns a spot in the Eastern College Athletic Conference Tournament.
Penn State Abington baseball has been selected to play in the ECAC South Tournament for the third consecutive season. The Nittany Lions, who are the No. 3 seed, will play No. 2 McDaniel College (21-15) on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Westminster, Md.
This is the second consecutive year in which both teams have faced each other in the ECAC tournament. Last season, Abington defeated McDaniels 10-6 in the first round.
The winner of Wednesday's game will continue its championship quest on Saturday at the higher seed.

Semifinal – Wednesday

- No. 4 Waynesburg University at No. 1 LaRoche College, 2 p.m.
- No. 3 Penn State Abington at No. 2 McDaniel College, 2 p.m.
Championship – Saturday (at higher seed)
- Winner of No. 1/No. 4 vs. Winner of No. 2/ No. 3, noon.
