Roslyn Pet Fair this Saturday
The pet-centric event in Abington is in its eighth installment.

Roslyn will hold its annual pet fair on Saturday, June 8 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. outside of the Living Word Lutheran Church at 1250 Easton Road.
Abington Commissioner Lori Schreiber created the event, which is now in its eighth year. She said it started as part of a series called Second Saturdays in Summer, a revitalization effort to help bolster a sense of community in Roslyn. And in previous years, the event was held across the street from the Roslyn Fire Co.; it has since outgrown that venue.

As for the weather, unless it is raining heavily on Saturday morning at 8 a.m., the fair will go on as planned. But if there are any power outages or downed trees on Friday, the event will be cancelled. Dress appropriately for the possibility of wet grass.
Well behaved pets on a leash are welcome ... though last year's event brought in a few un-leashed, but well behaved snakes.
