Alleged Weed in Cars, Tops Summary Arrests

Disorderly conduct … Jason Carter, 39, of Greene Street, Philadelphia, was arrested Sunday, April 28 at 8:55 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Easton and Woodland roads in which police found a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Samuel Gallagher, 49, of Easton Road, Willow Grove, was arrested April 26 at 11:34 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Easton Road and Rubicam Avenue in which police found a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle, police said.

Public drunkenness … Howard Sands, 47, of Heston Street, Roslyn, was issued a non-traffic citation April 24 at 5:18 p.m. after police saw Sands staggering along Bradfield Road near Lafayette Avenue, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Frank Barder, 30, of Edgley Avenue, Glenside, was arrested April 20 at 11:15 p.m. after he was seen sitting in a parked vehicle in the 600 block of Edgley Avenue, police said. According to police, there was a small amount of marijuana on the passenger seat.

Disorderly conduct … Saloam Bey, 41, of Musgrave Street, Philadelphia, was arrested April 12 at 1:46 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Easton Road and Weldon Avenue in which a search revealed a small amount of marijuana and a pipe in the vehicle, police said.
