Three-Car Crash on Easton
Two people were injured when a woman lost control of her vehicle on Easton Road near Mildred Avenue, police say
A 46-year-old Arline Avenue woman crashed into two cars in the 1100 block of Easton Road at about 3:45 p.m. Monday, police said.
According to police, the woman, who was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu northbound on Easton Road near Mildred Avenue, said the power steering on her vehicle broke, causing her to lose control of the vehicle. She then entered the southbound lane and struck the driver’s side of a 2000 Buick, driven by a 20-year-old Philadelphia woman.
The Malibu then bounced off of the Buick, veered toward the northbound curb of Easton Road and then entered the southbound lane again and struck a 1988 Volvo 240 driven by a 31-year-old North Hills man, police said.
