TikTok Video 'Real Risk' To Abington Residents: Police
Abington Police are warning residents about a TikTok video in which teens and kids film themselves pounding on or violently kicking doors.
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The Abington Township Police Department is warning residents about a "reckless and dangerous" TikTok trend that is making its way through township neighborhoods.
Abington Police said TikTok videos are "putting people at real risk."
In these videos, teens and kids film themselves pounding on or violently kicking doors, often late at night, pretending to break in, before running away. Many see it as a funny prank for views or likes, but this behavior is anything but harmless, police said.

"It creates fear, confusion, and potential danger — not just for the people inside the home, but for the kids involved as well," police said.
