Cheltenham Township officials are offering pedestrians an alternative access as a detour.

CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — The Tookany Creek Parkway Bridge at Carter Lane is closed to pedestrian access until further notice, township officials said.

Pedestrians are advised to use New Second Street, Kingston Road, and Wetherwill Road/Wessel Way as a detour, as shown.

Cheltenham officials did not provide a reason for the closure.
