According to police, Lewis and Scott quickly exchanged slaps and punches; police told the two defendants to break it up, and a police officer grabbed Scott in an attempt to break up the fight. Lewis continued to punch Scott even after police had pushed Lewis back several times, police said. A police officer then sprayed Lewis in the face with two bursts of pepper spray.

Both were taken to police headquarters and were later charged with disorderly conduct and harassment; a preliminary hearing for both defendants is scheduled for July 10 at 9 a.m. in front of District Justice John Kessler.
