Underage Drinking, Disorderly Conduct Top Summary Arrests

Disorderly conduct … Ruby Afzali, 20, of York Road, Willow Grove, was arrested April 18 at 6:33 p.m. following a pedestrian stop at Crestmont train station after she was found to have drug paraphernalia in her purse, police said.

Disorderly conduct and harassment … John McGarry, 75, of Silver Avenue, Abington, was issued a non-traffic citation April 18 at 10:45 a.m. after a victim said that McGarry continually harasses, curses and yells at the victim and the victim’s children, police said.

Harassment … William Carpenter, 30, of Woodland Road, Abington; and Jenny Tomaszewski, 29, of Duffield Drive, Ewing, N.J., were both issued non-traffic citations on April 18 at 1:43 a.m. after both were found engaged in a fight, police said.

Underage drinking … Daniel Baker, 20, of Dilworth Lane, Langhorn; Daniel Weiss, 20, of Laurel Oaks Drive, Langhorn; and Jamie Miller, 19, of Connemara Circle, Warrington, were all issued non-traffic citations April 13 at 1:45 a.m. following a traffic stop at a DUI checkpoint in the corner of Old York and Keith roads after they were all found to have consumed alcohol, police said.

Underage drinking … Kevin Cordero, 20, of Fenwick Road; Michael Fausey, 20, of North 16^th Street; and Robert English, 20, of Princeton Avenue, all of Philadelphia, were all issued non-traffic citations April 13 at 12:45 a.m. following a traffic stop at a DUI checkpoint in the corner of Old York and Keith roads after they were all found to have consumed alcohol, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Sean Haley, 19, of Geoffrey Drive, Willow Grove, was arrested April 12 at 7:49 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Easton Road and Arlington Avenue after police found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Aaron Northeran, 25, of Pickering Street, Philadelphia, was arrested April 9 at 1:17 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Fitzwatertown and Woodland roads in which she was a passenger, police said. According to police, Northeran had a small amount of marijuana in his possession.
