Warminster Man Arrested on Aggravated Assault Charges
The man said he would put the victim in the trunk and kill the victim.

Abington Police arrested a Warminster man late last month after he allegedly grabbed a victim by the neck and threatened to put the victim in the trunk of his Buick and kill her.
Brent Quartez Diggs, 23, of East Street Road, was arrested April 24 at about 1:30 a.m. after he allegedly injured the victim at the victim’s home in the 100 block of Elm Avenue and then fled. The victim had several red marks on the victim’s neck, face and chest.
According to police, the victim said Diggs “flipped out” following an argument on April 23 at about 11:30 p.m. Diggs then began choking the victim and started banging the victim’s head on the hood of the victim’s vehicle, police said. Diggs then put the victim in a chokehold, dragged the victim to his car and attempted to put the victim in the front seat of his car. According to the victim, Diggs said, “I’ll put you in the trunk and kill you [expletive] [expletive].”

The victim was able to get away from Diggs.
Upper Moreland Police arrested Diggs following a traffic stop near the corner of York and Easton roads.

He was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.
According to court documents, Diggs was arrested in Ambler on March 30 on felony drug charges.
