Willow Grove Mall Welcoming Easter Bunny

ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA —The Easter Bunny will Hippity Hoppity his way to the Willow Grove Park Mall starting Saturday.

The Easter Bunny will hold court in the Macy's Court from Saturday, March 9, through Saturday, March 30.

Digital photo packages are available with options to purchase prints. Reservations are strongly recommended as walk-ups are not guaranteed, mall officials said.

Bunny Hours are:

• Monday-Friday: 12 p.m.-8 p.m.
  • Daily break times: 3 p.m.-3:45 p.m.
• Saturday: 11 am-8 p.m.
  • Daily break times: 3 p.m.-4 p.m.
• Sunday: 11 am-6 p.m.
  • Daily break times: 2 p.m.-2:45 p.m.
• Friday, March 29 & Saturday, March 30: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
  • Daily break times: 3 p.m.-4 p.m.

Preit, the owners of PMall and other shopping centers in the area, are launching an initiative promoting reading and literacy to coincide with the bunny's arrival.

The bunny will host a special reading activity and story time for children on Saturday, March 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

DJ music, sweet treats, a bookmark crafts station, a meet and greet with Daniel Tiger and Peppa the Pig, balloon twisting, and photography will all be available. Dr. Suess will also be at the mall for the event from 11 a.m. to noon.
