Winter Advisory Through This Afternoon

Today could bring some snow and ice

 

The National Weather Service out of Mount Holly, N.J., issued a winter weather advisory early this morning for eastern Montgomery County, lower Bucks County and Philadelphia.

According to the advisory, the area could see a coating of snow along with a light glaze of ice.

From the advisory:
Light snow is expected to begin during the morning commute, before mixing with and changing to some sleet and freezing rain. Precipitation is expected to change to plain rain around midday.

Temps will be in the 20s but will be above freezing after midday.

The advisory remains in effect until 2 p.m.
