UPDATE: Missing Boy Located, State Police Say
Pennsylvania State Police have issued a Missing Endangered Person Advisory after a 10-year-old boy went missing in the City of Reading
UPDATE: Jolyon Serrano was located and is safe, State Police said.

Pennsylvania State Police have issued a Missing Endangered Person Advisory after a 10-year-old boy went missing in the City of Reading. Police are searching for Jolyon Serrano, and ask anyone to call 911 if they see him.

He is described as weighing 65 pounds and having brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen Thursday night around 8 p.m. in the area the 200 block of South 10th Street in Reading. He was wearing a light blue shirt, black jeans and black shoes.
"Police believe this person may be at special risk of harm or injury," the advisory said.
