PENNSYLVANIA — Looking for something to do this weekend in Pennsylvania? Here are five ideas to get out of the house, as school years are coming to an end and summer approaches.

See the circus: The White and Blue Big Top Tent can be spotted in the parking lot as the Neshaminy Mall and Cirque Italia present "The Magical World Of Cirque!” There are seven shows scheduled over the weekend, mall organizers said, with tickets available online. (See more on Patch.)

Celebrate LBGTQ+ pride month: Events are happening all over the state this month for Pride, which was officially designated as June in the U.S. during former president Bill Clinton’s last year in office. Philly’s Pride Day kicks off Sunday with a march, and Pittsburgh’s “Pride Revolution” runs all weekend. Events are also happening in Gettysburg, Delaware County, and the Pocono region this weekend.

Enjoy music and food: The 40th annual Turks Head Music Festival on Sunday features the music of local bands, with food vendors and more than 70 crafters and artisans as well. It will be held at Everhart Park in West Chester from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Scandinavian Celebration Day: The American Swedish Historical Museum in Philadelphia is celebrating the history and culture of Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and Iceland. The free event is Sunday, June 4 from 12-4 p.m.
