PENNSYLVANIA — Fall is in full swing as we prepare to turn the calendar to October on Sunday, and there are plenty of seasonal events in the Philadelphia metro area to check out.

Celebrate 150 years of Ardmore

Downtown Ardmore comes alive for the second annual "Fall for Ardmore," celebrating the community's 150th anniversary. The celebration promises shopping, food, beer, live music, and fun activities for the whole family. Admission to Fall for Ardmore is free, with food and drink for sale.

Fright Fest and Delco's Arcade of Unearthly Delights is an all-day celebration of "everything horror, gothic, and macabre." The Arcade features more than 20 vendors, food trucks, raffles, and more. The evening event features two blocks of spine-tingling horror films.

The infamous Eastern State Penitentiary is in full spooky season, as its annual Halloween Nights events are underway. This year, Halloween Nights has three reimagined experiences along with many returning visitor favorites.
