The show will include Connick’s take on Christmas classics as well as his own original Christmas-themed works, with songs such as “(It Must’ve Been Ol’) Santa Claus” and “When My Heart Finds Christmas.”

When the pandemic broke out in 2020, Connick retreated to his studio and produced “Alone With My Faith,” an album of songs of faith and inspiration, according to a biography in his website.

The album cover and music videos for “Alone With My Faith” and “Amazing Grace” were conceived or directed by his daughter, Georgia.

He described the pandemic recording like this: “I found myself alone with my faith in my home studio, surrounded by instruments and gear, bursting with an abundance of ideas.

“ It was sort of a “music isolation chamber,” a silent retreat, the silence only broken by the sound of my own voice, the instruments I played and an occasional microphone I inadvertently knocked over, as I am not the most graceful recording artist that ever lived.

“Besides the familiar, traditional songs, I wrote and recorded new music that tells the story of my experience during lockdown.”
