Ambler, Blue Bell Businesses Named to Angie's List Top Contractors of 2012

Angie's List, a site that strives to get honest and complete reviews of local businesses has compiled its top for 2012. Among those listed on the 2012 Best Contractors compilation in each unique service category was Blue Bell's Gentle Clean Carpet Care and Ambler's Total Performance Automotive.

Gentle Clean Carpet Care, located along DeKalb Pike, was rated top for its "award winning" floor cleaning services.

"Each project is individually priced based on the size of your home and number of rooms/items to be cleaned," said its listing. "No travel charges or service fees."

Companies cannot pay to be listed on Angie's List. Reviews, according to the site, can only come from "real people" or users of the services listed.

Total Performance Automotive, located at 283. N. Main St., Ambler was rated high for its service. It's been on Angie's List since 2010.

"Collision repair, paintless dent repair, custom painting, free estimates, on-site rental cars, lifetime warranty, pick up and delivery, auto-light truck and motorcycle body repairs" are the listed services it offers, according to its lisitng.
