Ambler Robber Thanks Victims, Serves Time

Maximillian Bodine, 22, of the 300 block of Forest Avenue, Ambler, at least had the decency to thank those he robbed. 

The local man is now serving six to 20 years in prison for holding up the Whitpain CVS along DeKalb Pike back in July 2011, according to The Times Herald.

“Thank you for being cooperative so I didn’t have to hurt anybody,” Bodine reportedly said. The Valley Forge Millitary and Temple graduate stole $20,000 of narcotics from the pharmacy and $150 from the register in the gunpoint theft.
