Distillery Opening New Tasting Room In Ambler

AMBLER, PA — A distillery is opening a new tasting room in downtown Ambler.

Widow's Peak Distilling is coming soon to 10 E. Butler Avenue. An exact opening date has not yet been announced.

Details on the new establishment remain scarce. AroundAmbler.com reported in Nov. 2021 that the operation was being run by Michael and Mark Ilg.

The distillery is currently hiring for new staff of bartenders and servers. Details on open positions can be found here.

It's just the latest local distillery or brewery to make its home in Ambler, as the area continues to see a craft renaissance. Forest and Main, Tannery Run, Ship Bottom, and Well Crafted Brewing are among the several local breweries that have opened up shop in town.
